Extractor Terms

All sleds with Quick Hitch come complete with Stainless steel hitches, tow pad bumpers, hitch boot coverings and necessary related hardware for the model purchased. All sleds with Quick Hitch come with a lifetime warranty against cracked or broken welds.
All Sleds with Tie Down Attachments come complete with Installation hardware unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Any welded hardware parts come with a lifetime warranty.
All sleds are pre-inspected from the manufacturing facility prior to release for shipment.
All sleds come with a 30-day guarantee to be free from manufacturer defects. (Defects included are: cracked welds in hardware components, pullout on handgrip or attachment points in hull, or adhesive delaminated deck pads.)
Any claims regarding defective components must be declared in writing and by providing photo documentation prior to 30 days after receipt of product. After 30 days, customer assumes all responsibility for repair or replacement of declared part or component.
Replacement parts or components, which fall within the Manufacturer's Warranty period or the 30 day Manufacturer's Guarantee Period, will be replaced or repaired once the defective part or component has been declared to be defective by manufacturer and not deemed broken due to misuse or abuse from the customer not adhering to Manufacturer's Maintenance, Use and Safety Guidelines.
Repair or replacement part(s) will be replaced only after the declared part(s) or component(s) are returned to manufacturer. A list of all parts and components, their expected working life, and Manufacturer's Warranty for each part can be found on the Manufacturer's Warranty document.
Any conditional or unconditional warranties or situations whereby the customer defines what is considered misuse or abuse on product, expressed, written or demanded by customer in excess of, or outside of the manufacturer's stated warranty, terms and guidelines, shall be written as an extended warranty, on a case by case basis, agreed upon by both parties prior to the sale, and with all costs incurred by the customer at the time of sale.

Payment

EXTRACTOR accepts Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. We accept government Purchase orders on U.S. sales only. All non-government domestic and foreign sales require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of order and balance prior to shipment. Payment can be made by direct bank funds transfer or credit card. Government purchases made by credit card or direct bank funds transfer are required to pay in-full prior to shipment.
Let us know the type of payment you will be making on the P.O. or order request form. If by credit card, include card number, expiration date, billing address, cvv# and authorizing person's name on card.
All handcrafted sleds are made on a per order basis and generally take 4-5 weeks from the time order is placed until it is delivered. All Extractor PRO sleds or molded sleds generally take 5-7 days to ship, provided we have your sled in inventory.
Foreign customers will be required to pay by credit card or direct wire transfer prior to production along with submission of a Purchase Order.
The customer/dealer will be responsible for all import taxes and a 7.75% sales tax if located in the State of California.
Shipping NOT Included in the prices and are in addition to the sled price.
Costs for Extended Warranties outside the Manufacturer's Warranty and Terms are in addition to the sled or part price.
