MOLDED BUMPER
We
are excited to announce the availability of our new molded bumper. Designed
to work with our PRO model tie down and direct connect sleds (not quick hitch
version), this bumper offers more protection and cushioning, and will last
much longer than the previous foam coated bumper blocks or the polyethylene
skid plate.

Made
from a flexible EVA-Polyethylene copolymer, the same plastics used in orange
construction road cones, this bumper absorbs impact, reduces shock on attachment
points, elevates the sled nose 1" (2.5 cm) off of the transom creating
enhanced turning performance and reducing friction wear on the sled and the
transom. The new molded bumper is long enough and thick enough to accomodate
the longer transoms found in the newer model pwcs. It can be fastened to the
sled using the aluminum sled nose plate and clevis pin or by rigging it up
with rope using holes provided in the bumper and sled.

PWC Transom Protection Plate
Combine the new molded bumper with a polyethylene transom protection plate and you will provide the maximum protection you can offer for your sled and pwc from wear and tear. Made from .25" thick LLDPE sheet.

Stainless Steel U-Bolts
Used in conjunction with the tie down sleds and pwc protection plates. We
offer three 5/16" diameter wire U-bolts, 6 nylock nuts and one 4"
x 4" x 1" marine plywood backing plate for main U-bolt.
